Ticket To Work Program
The Ticket to Work Program is a free and voluntary initiative from the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA) designed to support individuals with disabilities receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI). It helps them achieve financial independence by providing access to employment services, career counseling, job training, and job placement through approved service providers known as Employment Networks (ENs). Hawkeye Administrative Employment Network
Hawkeye Community College serves as an Administrative Employment Network (AEN) within the Social Security Administration's Ticket to Work program. As an AEN, Hawkeye oversees and coordinates the activities of affiliated Employment Networks (ENs), such as SpringUp Solutions. This partnership allows SpringUp Solutions to focus on delivering direct employment services to individuals with disabilities, while Hawkeye provides administrative support, compliance oversight, and resource sharing.
