Demonstrated experience in providing employment, vocational rehabilitation (VR), or related support services to individuals seeking employment, with a minimum of 1 year within the last 3 years.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in fields such as career counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or human resources.
Ability to pass and maintain Social Security suitability clearance, with a commitment to completing required training.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with beneficiaries, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Preferred certifications: Benefits and Work Incentives Practitioner (BWIP) certification from Cornell University, Community Work Incentive Coordinator (CWIC), or Community Partner Work Incentive Coordinator (CPWIC) certificate through Virginia Commonwealth University.
Availability for full-time in-office work to deliver services to beneficiaries.
